With temperatures returning to normal for May, sun shining and Yate A in second spot on the tables this was never going to be easy.
Looking across the green at the 9th end , it didn’t look good for a win as we were trailing on two of the rinks, (15-4: 2-13: 3-12)
Wendy with Pete, David and Phil were in control from the start only losing 5 ends, finished 22-10.
Rick with Mike R ,Derek and Nina had pulled back to 14-17 by the 17th end and,
Gill with Sue, Barry and Marek were at 11-15 , finishing the last end holding two so we were fairly sure of 6 points.
